Refund policy

Ceramic Plaster Molds: All mold sales (including those from our Used Mold Exchange and new manufacturers) are final sale. Exception: New molds may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in pristine, shelf-ready condition (no cracks or breaks). Subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Bisque: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition—free of oils, paints, or cracks.

Greenware: No Returns

Artisan Goods & Commissioned Art: Pieces from our local artists may be returned within 14 days. Items must show no signs of wear, tear, or breakage to be eligible for a refund.

Supplies & Apparel: Please ensure items are unused and in original packaging for any return requests within 14 days.
